Simon Dyson, JBBA Editor, Appointed Head of Cybersecurity Operations at UK Home Office!
🎉 Big Congratulations to our JBBA Editor Simon Dyson for his appointment as Head of Cybersecurity Operations at the UK Home Office!
Simon has been a part of the BBA since 2018.
In 2019, Simon first presented his Blockchain research abstract at the BBA’s 1st Blockchain International Scientific Conference ISC2019 in London.
He subsequently published his full paper in the JBBA entitled, “Blockchain Investigations: Beyond the Money”, which has received hundreds of downloads and numerous citations since its publication:

Very recently, Simon was one of the Abstract Judges at the BBA’s 5th Blockchain International Scientific Conference ISC2023, held in Manchester in March 2023.
In January this year, Simon contributed to the APPG on Blockchain Technologies’ Parliamentary Roundtable.
